About the Peterborough & District ARC

Welcome to the website of the Peterborough & District Amateur Radio Club (PADARC). A RSGB affiliated radio club based in North Cambridgeshire, England.

Peterborough & District Amateur Radio Club has a broad membership base covering most aspects of the hobby. The club meets on 4th Wednesday of the month with a cross section of subjects for meetings, from technical talks to on-air & chat evenings. Doors open at 7pm. Out daily net “2 at 2” is run every day at 2PM on the 2 meter band at 145.400Mhz.

The Club also operates a weekly net on Monday evenings on the 160 meter band. Primary frequency is 1980KHz or on 1975KHz of if 1980KHz isn’t available. The net starts at 8pm with the net controller using the call G4EHW. All members are welcome to have a ‘rag chew’. We also have a VHF net on Tuesdays on 145.400 (M1PRC)
